We have wanted to have dinner with Uncle Bud and Aunt Dixie for months now but we just haven’t had the time. Jared was gone for most of April and we had a ward party and Mother’s Day at the beginning of May, so this was the soonest we could do it. Aunt Dixie brought the most amazing strawberry dessert that I need the recipe to and I made the empanadas that Uncle Bud has been wanting to have again. It was such a nice evening just hanging out and catching up with the last few months. Uncle Bud’s knee is healing nicely so he should be able to golf pretty soon here. They just got back from a trip to Sacramento. It was really a wonderful night just visiting!
Aunt Dixie has the dessert assignment from now on!!!
