BYU’s Final Folk Dance Performance

BYU is almost out and this was the last performance of the school year. Can I just tell you how much I love living so close to a university because all of these events are amazing and cheap.

While we waited for the show to begin the girls danced. We had front row seats so they had plenty of room twirl.

They entertained daddy.

Then the show began and it was just incredible. We were all grinning from ear to ear the whole time. They did dances from 12 different countries.

Paris walked right up to this girl and started talking as if she knew her. It turns out that she did. She was a student teacher at Amelia.

I am just so blessedto have these four amazing people in my life daily…Especially the handsome one in the hat !!!

Such Cuties!

I just love that my kids have always slept together. Esher is getting a little too big and I know there time together is coming to an end  but for now I love it. Tristan loves to wear her curlers to bed and always uses this baby blanket. She says it helps her have good dreams. She has been our child with the most nightmares and fears.

He does this twice a year and I think it is super ADORABLE! He prints out all the new shows,figures out how he can record all his favorites and adds a few new ones he’s heard or read are good. He spends a few hours scratching out anything that looks stupid and programs all the ones that made it through the first round. He has a 5 episode rule. If we don’t love it after 5 episodes it is deleted from our valuable recording space.

I’m telling you… his cuteness just goes on and on!

Father Son Date

Esher ran from game to game at the Nickel Arcade where he went for his Father Son Date. He loves that place.

He earned enough tickets to get this remote control car and wallet.

Then it was Carl’s Jr. for dinner.

Esher came home so excited about his time with daddy he told me all about it. He loves this time with daddy!!!

Paris’ Daddy Daughter Date

Such a beautiful girl daddy gets to go out on a date with today. I love that the kids all have their special time with their dad! They went to Mimi's Café, Paris’ favorite.

Tristan's Daddy Daughter Date

This time they tried a new Indian place for lunch. They loved it! Tristan always tries to look so cute for her dates. I love that she is always trying new hair styles.

Live Pcture Frames

My Love is substituting in Primary for the next month or so since Jean is having her baby. He loves being in charge of music. Today he had this picture frame that went over the picture of the verse they were to be singing. Our kids used it as live art. So so Cute!!

The Real Dirt

My wonderful friend Janette went to buy us dirt today so we could get a head start on our beautiful yards. It’s just $20 a ton…so cheap! Okay, I will admit it, Janette’s yard is by far the nicest one on the block. Jerry, next door, is constantly trying to out green her but never has. For my yard he always says “It’s hard to keep up with the yard when you have 3 kids and a dog.” I think that’s very funny of him to say.

They all got to drive in the back from Janette’s house to ours and they loved it.

The kids were just FILTHY!!!

The dirt makes such a difference on the lawn…now we just need some green grass to go with it!

Let It Snow

While we were waiting for our food at In-N-Out Burgers it started to snow. Our kids ran out so they could catch some of it in their mouth. Daddy taught them this ..so cute!
