The Sandbox

I do love having the sandbox that my dad worked two days to put in. The first owners had bark and my dad dug it all out, took out the fence, and shoveled 14 tons of sand into the sandbox. i’m hoping to get 8 more tons put in because it needs it so badly!

Paris made this Double Decker swing-we are just waiting for one of them to fall off and break an arm!

 

Sebastian is the hottest dog on the planet and he still hasn’t been thru a full summer outside-He’s going to die!!! He loves to be anywhere the kids are but is constantly hot. We found him in the sandbox next to the kids. He dug under the play area until he reached cooler sand so he could lay there. He is going to melt away in July and August!!

 

Esher’s Last Day

This was an extremely sad for me because this means we will officially not have Miss Anita as any of my kids’ teacher anymore. She has been amazing-so amazing we were willing to drive 25 miles round trip just so she could be Esher’s teacher. She never get short or upset with the kids-no matter what they do. She listens to everything they say no matter how dumb it may sound to me. She genuinely loves each of those kids and they feel it everyday!

I honestly think Esher was Miss Anita’s favorite. He can always be found right next to her holding her hand and today was no different. She would always light up every time Esher entered the room and she would go down to his level every time he told her anything. Every Tuesday (1st day back from the weekend) she would tell him how much she missed him and I didn't hear her say it to anyone else.

 

They sang the cutest songs.

   

I love that Jared gets to go to every one of their performances.

   

We will seriously go through Miss Anita withdrawals. She asked if we could have more kids so she could keep teaching our beautiful, well behaved kids. Sorry, but the factory is closed!

                       WE WILL MISS HER SO MUCH!!!

 

3 Piggy Opera

This was the cutest play ever. Tristan was the first little pig and she did the most amazing job. She remembered all of her lines and sang beautifully!!

Esher ran to be in the front row to be able to watch Tristan.

 

This girl is just gorgeous in anything…. even a piggy nose!!!

Paris made this picture for Mrs. Clark. She says this has been her favorite teach so far. Paris’ apple looks amazing!!! She’s getting really good!

We have had the very best teachers this year.

Homecoming

It was so nice to get home and be with our kids again-yes, I’m the one who felt that way…I’m telling you I’m so in love with them it’s even affecting my trips (never thought that would happen)! We really didn't have a lot of money so we bought them each one thing we thought they would really love. These statues are made from Mount ST. Helen’s Ashes. Tristan got a mommy and baby elephant, Esher two bear cubs, and Paris a mommy horse and her baby.

We took the kids on a secret trail we discovered before we left.

Tristan collected flowers, Paris talked and talked to daddy, and Esher found things to throw in the water..I LOVE MY KIDS!!! Oh and Sebastian picked up as many big sticks as he could find.

  

I just really love where we live!!!
