Price and Mae had to leave for a family reunion so we ended up with the house all to ourselves. We had already settled in down stairs so the kids took the master bedroom. They loved it because they could watch TV in bed. This picture reminded me of when they were younger and all slept together. I do miss those days a little bit. Still Esher is horrible to sleep with as you can see from his legs draped over Tristan's torso.

At The Blanchard Ranch
We ALL just love coming to stay at Price and Mae’s!!!
The kids especially love it because they always have some fun new exercise toy the kids can play with and enjoy.
Mae had a present for me when I arrived. Since I am the official fly killer she bought me this giant fly swatter. I laughed so hard and I loved it!!!

Paris’ 12th Birthday Party
Paris wanted a huge slip-n-slide for her birthday along with a food fight. It had to be at a park with a water spout for a hose and some kind of a slope. I looked and looked but couldn’t find one until one day while riding on my bike I found the perfect place.
We borrowed this giant tarp from Kendrick. We were set!
About 30 kids showed up….it was such a fun party.
I had wanted to grill up some burgers but Troy’s grill that we borrowed didn’t have an attachment we needed so my love ran to get pizzas.
Funny Story:
When I took Paris to show her the spot I mentioned how we could grill on the grill they had next to the pavilion. She walked all around it and said “Mom this doesn’t even make sense …there aren't any knobs to turn it on.” I laughed so hard. I guess she really has never grilled with charcoal.
They ate and danced.
Then we opened presents.
Because Tristan had hurt her ankle the day before she couldn’t do anything but watch.
We had popsicle and cheeseburger cupcakes
Next it was time for the food fight.
Tristan couldn’t resist even with a hurt ankle.
Sebastian was more than happy to help clean up.
The kids ran down to the river to clean up
Then they went back to the slide
It really was a fun party.
Happy Birthday Princess!!!
