“UHMMMM…. I Want To Get My Ears Pierced Tomorrow”

This was Tristan’s announcement on Sunday.  I told her we would talk about it so, the whole day she kept saying “Can we talk now?” “Can we talk now?” This was all during the Superbowl so we kept say later.

So that night she said she really wanted to do it so we decided it was time if she was really serious.

Monday we had no time because My Love didn’t get home until 1:30

Tuesday again he had to work late until 5:30am this time and of course he wanted to be there.

Wednesday I had my woodworking class, so I wouldn’t have been there.

Now you have to know that EVERY SINGLE DAY Tristan asked “Can we go today?”

So finally Thursday  Jared left work early  8:15 and we ran across to the mall to get them pierced.

We forgot the camera in the car so Jared ran out to get it and during that time they drew the blue dots on Tristan’s ears to be ready for when Jared came back.  Well, by the time he did she was off the chair almost crying saying she didn't want to go first.

So our Princess Paris came to the rescue and volunteered to go first.  I didn’t want her to go first because when it comes to pain Paris isn’t our brave one. 

                            SHE WAS AWESOME!!!

Each girl had brought their favorite stuffed animal to comfort them but in the end it was daddy holding their hands that really helped. One of Paris' piercings is a little bit higher than the other one but she said she didn’t care because she would not have it done again!!!!!

Tristan was next. At first she seemed a little nervous but daddy was able to calm her down and even made her laugh.

 

 

 

Hers were perfect and she was so happy she had them in!!

She kept asking to take a picture of them so she could see how they looked.

Jared normally gets the girls some piece of jewelry for Valentine’s Day so this year this was it. They both said thank you and gave daddy a big hug and lots of kisses
