Thanksgiving Day

I don’t know how this happened but all the kids ended up in our bed before the sun came up. We started off the day nice and slow since the day also doubles as My Love’s Birthday

We went to two movies today.

Fantastic Mr. Fox which was just amazing. Tristan kept commenting on how daddy was the only one laughing. Jared especially loved it! He giggled through the whole thing….so cute I love it when he does that!

 

The kids always dance after the movie.

They can’t wait to see the next Alvin movie.

Then we saw A Christmas Carol which scared Tristan and Esher. Esher gave up being scared and fell asleep.

 

After the movies we had dinner at the other Blanchard’s house.

 

My husband is just such a cutie sometimes. He can never get enough gravy so this year he go a cup for himself so he could replenish the gravy anytime he wanted without having to get up. All I can do is pray that he doesn’t die younger than 82.

We sang Happy Birthday to him. Daph only had these two numbers for candles so instead of turning 41 he is now 37…I’m think of doing the same thing for my next birthday.

Troy and Daph got him the In-N-Out Burger book…he is so excited to read it!!

 

Paris had organized a whole birthday party for her dad and got all of the kids involved. They had all made cards for him.

Paris and Aubree made him a pillow.

Madi made him a pillow for Sebastian.

It was such a fun day!!! We are going on a weekend date for his birthday in 2 weeks…the best gift ever from Jackie and Nate!!
