On the 17th of November we worked our way to LAX for my family’s reunion. We were all, except for my brother Ozzy in Chicago, spending a week in Cancun at the all inclusive The Moon Palace. We had the best time. I am making a book about our trip so I am only posting a few pictures.
Our room came with a back massage, pedicure and manicure for the whole family.
We had a huge tub in our room that the kids loved taking bubble baths in.
My Love and brother got to golf at a beautiful course.
Tristan ordered room service every night.
These are all the luck kids
My mom and dad who made this trip possible. They are the time share holders who paid for all of us until we can pay them back.
We went to Chichen Itza-incredible place!
We went to Tulum-a must see at least once in your life time!
We swam with dolphins
Played at the many pools
We went to an eco-park called X-Caret-wish we could have stayed here for 3 days!
They had the most amazing bathrooms-this is it.
Had some amazing dinners!
Played on the beach
Saw a few shows and the girls even did karaoke
Swam through a river that was under caves-I didn’t’ want it to end.
And had a very expensive Thanksgiving dinner with our room credits. Every room came with $1500 credit that you could only use at the resort in very specific places. One of those was this $100 per person dinner. Unfortunately, it really wasn’t worth it-but they did have chocolate covered strawberries that we loved. Just from our family alone we probably had 40-60 of them and they kept bringing more out.
Everyone left 2 days earlier than we did. And we got to ride bikes and play with the kids.
It was really windy that day.
Esher was obsessed with this giant Chess Board. He was always looking for someone to paly with him.
We had a 7 hour layover in El Salvador so we went into the city.
Pictures will go here when I find them.
It was a wonderful trip. On the way home we stopped by at this diner to have some breakfast. My Love ordered this giant pancake. We were all exhausted from traveling all day and driving all night but it was all worth it! Our trip in a nut shell-book to come later.
How I wish we could afford to do this every 3 months like My Love and I did when we were living in Korea. May a little later we will!!!
