Troy and Daph introduced us to a lady named Toshiko who runs a foreign exchange program through a school called Selnate. We agreed to have an exchange student from Japan come stay at our house for a week. HIs name is Yuto.
There are 220 students that needed families so the line to get our students was super long and we happen to be one of the last ones.
We didn't know it yet but we got one of the best kids in the program. Toshiko really wanted us to have an incredible experience because she wants me to take over for her when she retires in 3 years.
We took him to In-n-Out burgers as his first meal in Utah.
The kids where so excited to show him around the house.
He gave us all beautiful gifts.
The kids wanted him to write their names in Japanese.
They loved it so much they asked him to do the numbers. The kids learned how to say them all in one day.
We all love Yuto already! He is super kind and playful with the kids. HIs English is super awesome too.
