As Sebastian was maneuvering his way up the stairs around the obstacle course created because Paris was mopping the kitchen floor he busted his ACL. We found out it would cost about $2500 to fix and we just about died!
We had no idea how we would come up with that much money. Luckily, one day I was telling Trudy about it and she mentioned a really reasonable doctor named Dr. Coleman. We called him up and took Sebby over. He talked about how much he hated greedy vets that are charging so much money for a simple procedure they have made more complicated to charge more. He explained how now they cut out and rotate part of the bone, but back in the days they just got a piece of muscle and wrapped it around in a figure 8 to do the same thing and it has worked for over the 30 years he has been a vet. This was what he would do for Sebby and he would charge us $300. $300 or $2500 ????
