We have gone to Korean every year to open up the new year. Tony and Kelly have always wanted to come but have never been able to but this year they did, so we invited our little gang of best friends to join us! WE LOVE LOVE LOVE BEING AROUND THEM!!! We couldn’t think of a better way to open up the new year than with our very best friends, unfortunately not all of them could make it but we were happy some of them could!
Chris took the time to teach the kids how to use their chop sticks. They did really well!
We all caught up on movies, family, trips and work projects-our favorite thing to do….. talk talk talk!!
Look at this sexy man- oh how I love him I AM A LUCKY GIRL!!!
Strike a pose- let’s get to it!
The kids all played outside when it was time to go.
My biggest regret every time is not taking a group picture so this year I made sure everyone was rounded up before we all went our separate ways, well those of us who aren’t going bowling. I grabbed a little girl who was waiting for her mom to get off the phone to take our picture.
This was our little gang that literally took up half the restaurant. Ashlynn is missing because she hates to take pictures.
It was so much fun we will for sure do it again next year!
It was time to go bowling. Russ and Christianne couldn’t come because they were buying a new car for Russ. So the rest of us started to head for the bowling alley when we found out Chris had locked his keys in the car. So Tonya and I made a little detour to her house before bowling. Tonya is going to start working at Provo High tomorrow so I’m so excited I get to see her everyday!
We haven’t been bowling in a long time and it was so much fun taking up 3 lanes for our little group.
We bowled 2 games and I didn't totally suck. My Love and Chris dominated the game. Here are some of our favorite moments. Dalen was the only kid who tried to kill everyone by bowling into the crowed. I was certain there would have been more. Unfortunately we didn’t get a picture of it.Our favorite moment was when Esher went a little too far past the line and dropped on his little bum. We are terrible parents-yes we totally laughed!
It was so much fun-it is definitely going to be our new tradition!!!!!
Our little future bowlers of America.
Ian was a little camera shy so he is the only kid not in the picture. What a great looking bunch of kids!!!
It was just too hard for us to part so we all headed to our house for some crepes and a little more time to hang out and talk. We went for 13 hours straight. You know you are true friends when 13 hours is not nearly enough time together!
He is just the cutest!!!
Oh how I wish the whole year turns out to be as much fun as today has been!!! We are so so blessed!!!
